The hospital is located at 1301-F South Beach Blvd, La Habra, CA 90631, near the intersection of Beach and Imperial Blvds., in North Orange County. The clinic is situated between Imperial Highway and Rosecrans Blvd, on the western side of Beach Blvd., in the Beach Commerce shopping center. From West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and nearby areas:
From West Los Angeles and nearby areas, take Interstate 10, the Santa Monica Freeway east to the downtown East LA interchange. Take Interstate 5, the Santa Ana Freeway south to the Beach Blvd. exit. Turn north (left) onto Beach Blvd, and proceed about 5 miles until you cross Rosecrans Blvd. Continue north on Beach to the fourth set of traffic lights. Get into the left hand turn lane at these lights and turn left into the Beach Commerce shopping center. When into the center turn immediately right past the Mexican restaurant, and turn left into first lane on your left. The hospital is the first unit on your right facing the lane.
From Studio City, Burbank, Glendale and Los Felis:
From Studio City, Burbank, Glendale and Los Felis, take Interstate 5 (Golden State Freeway) to the downtown East LA interchange. Take Interstate 5, the Santa Ana Freeway south to the Beach Blvd. exit. Turn north (left) onto Beach Blvd, and proceed about 5 miles until you cross Rosecrans Blvd. Continue north on Beach to the fourth set of traffic lights. Get into the left hand turn lane at these lights and turn left into the Beach Commerce shopping center. When into the center turn immediately right past the Mexican restaurant, and turn left into first lane on your left. The hospital is the first unit on your right facing the lane.
From Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, and Orange, and central and south Orange County and San Diego:
Take Interstate 5, the Santa Ana Freeway north to the Beach Blvd. exit. Take the right exit lane onto Manchester, then immediately left onto Beach at the lights at the first intersection. Proceed about 5 miles until you cross Rosecrans Blvd. Continue north on Beach to the fourth set of traffic lights. Get into the left hand turn lane at these lights and turn left into the Beach Commerce shopping center. When into the center turn immediately right past the Mexican restaurant, and turn left into first lane on your left. The hospital is the first unit on your right facing the lane.
From Long Beach, Palos Verdes, and Carson areas:
Take the 91 (Artesia) Freeway east to Beach Blvd. Exit at Beach, and turn left (north) on Beach, proceed about a mile past Interstate 5. Continue north on Beach and proceed about 5 miles until you cross Rosecrans Blvd. Continue north on Beach to the fourth set of traffic lights. Get into the left hand turn lane at these lights and turn left into the Beach Commerce shopping center. When into the center turn immediately right past the Mexican restaurant, and turn left into first lane on your left. The hospital is the first unit on your right facing the lane.
From Pasadena, Monrovia, Arcadia, El Monte and the western San Gabriel Valley:
There are 2 alternative routes. For the first via Interstate 5, take the 605 freeway south to Interstate 5. Take Interstate 5, the Santa Ana freeway south to the Beach Blvd. exit. Turn north (left) onto Beach Blvd, and proceed about 5 miles until you cross Rosecrans Blvd. Continue north on Beach to the fourth set of traffic lights. Get into the left hand turn lane at these lights and turn left into the Beach Commerce shopping center. When into the center turn immediately right past the Mexican restaurant, and turn left into first lane on your left. The hospital is the first unit on your right facing the lane.
The second route is to take the 605 south to the 60, Pomona Freeway East. Take the 60 east to Highway 39, Hacienda Blvd. Exit at the Hacienda exit, turn left on the access road, then immediately right, or South, on Hacienda. Do not turn north on Hacienda. Take Hacienda or 39 south, over La Habra Heights and through the scenic curves and avocado groves to Whittier Blvd. Turn right on Whittier Blvd, then immediately left onto Beach Blvd south, which is also highway 39. Proceed south on Beach Blvd, cross Imperial Highway, and at the first set of traffic lights past Imperial, turn right into Beach Commerce shopping center. When into the center turn immediately right past the Mexican restaurant, and turn left into first lane on your left. The hospital is the first unit on your right facing the lane.
From the Central and Eastern San Gabriel Valley including Covina, Glendora, and Diamond Bar:
Take either the 210 or 60 freeways east to the 57 (Orange) freeway south. Take the 57 south to Imperial highway, and exit here, taking Imperial Highway west. Continue about 4 miles until you pass the Idaho Intersection. As you approach Beach Blvd, get into one of the two left hand lanes and turn left on Beach Blvd. At the first set of traffic lights after you have turned onto Beach turn right into Beach Commerce shopping center. When into the center turn immediately right past the Mexican restaurant, and turn left into first lane on your left. The hospital is the first unit on your right facing the lane.
From Ontario, Pomona, Chino, Montclair, Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga, Colton and San Bernadino areas:
Take either the 210 or 60 freeways west to the 57 (Orange) freeway south. Take the 57 south to Imperial highway, and exit here, taking Imperial Highway west. Continue about 4 miles until you pass the Idaho intersection. As you approach Beach Blvd, get into one of the two left hand lanes and turn left on Beach Blvd. At the first set of traffic lights after you have turned onto Beach turn right into Beach Commerce shopping center. Take the 91 freeway west to the Beach Blvd. exit. Proceed north on Beach Blvd for about a mile to cross Interstate 5. Continue north on Beach and proceed about 5 miles until you cross Rosecrans Blvd. Continue north on Beach to the fourth set of traffic lights. Get into the left hand turn lane at these lights and turn left into the Beach Commerce shopping center. When into the center turn immediately right past the Mexican restaurant, and turn left into first lane on your left. The hospital is the first unit on your right facing the lane.
From Bakersfield:
There are 2 routes from Bakersfield. The shortest is via Interstate 5. The longer route if you prefer to avoid heavy traffic is via the 210 freeway.
For the shortest route, take Interstate 5 south, past Los Angeles to the downtown East LA interchange. Take Interstate 5, the Santa Ana Freeway south to the Beach Blvd. exit. Turn north (left) onto Beach Blvd, and proceed about 5 miles until you cross Rosecrans Blvd. Continue north on Beach to the fourth set of traffic lights. For a longer route, which usually has less traffic, or if there are traffic jams take Interstate 5 to the 210 freeway. Take the 210 east to the 605 freeway south, then south to the 60 (Pomona) freeway east. Take the 60 east to Highway 39, Hacienda Blvd. Exit at the Hacienda exit, turn left on the access road, then immediately right or South on Hacienda. Do not turn north on Hacienda.
