1. Payment is expected in full when services are rendered; we do not bill. Fees charged reflect the quality and value of our advanced and specialized medical and surgical services. They reflect the degree of expertise required to diagnose and treat your pet, as well as the cost of the diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical equipment utilized. Certain non-invasive diagnostic testing may be required during the exam to obtain a diagnosis or monitor an existing condition. These tests are in addition to the exam fee. Please do not ask for credit, as a refusal may offend.
2. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. American Animal Eye Care Center understands this and accepts CareCredit. The application takes about 5 minutes to complete and will allow you to break down your payment. You can either apply at our hospital, where we’ll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com.

Written estimates are provided for patients for which surgery and/or advanced diagnostic procedures are recommended. Surgical estimates cannot be given over the phone due to the vast differences in patients and conditions. Once the patient is initially evaluated by the doctor, an itemized surgical estimate can then be provided.
